Guidera O’Connor has an in-house team of 3D modellers with specific expertise in the production of Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) models
These models are typically produced in the detailed design phase of the project, allowing plant operators and other stakeholders to take a virtual tour of the plant before design is completed. They can walk through the plant, operate equipment and get a feel for the plant in virtual reality.
This technology allows design improvements to be identified and implemented before construction starts, meaning that operators and other stakeholders get what they want.

We engage specialist design consultants for process and structural engineering, complementing this with our in-house detailed design and drafting team. We also engage specialist suppliers and subcontractors and our construction teams in the design process, providing robust design solutions that are innovative, cost effective and easily constructible.
We have in-house construction and commissioning teams who work solely on water projects, meaning that work proceeds smoothly and efficiently throughout construction, testing and commissioning. Our modern office and excellent working conditions mean that we have low staff turnover and avoid industrial and contractual disputes, minimising costs for our clients.
GO has extensive experience working through design & constructs as well as a range of relationship contracting models. We have delivered numerous projects through Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) as well as Alliance, Target Outturn Cost, Framework Agreements and panel arrangements. A number of projects have also been delivered through successful Joint Venture arrangements.
