We have a large in-house design team and use the latest BIM technology to create detailed 3D and Virtual Reality models, complementing the design work of our consulting partners.

These models allow stakeholders to tour and virtually operate the plant, then make improvements prior to the finalisation of design. Our VR models not only improve the safety and operability of the finished plant, they also increase the efficiency of our construction teams.

Collaboration

We work collaboratively with our clients, our partners and our supply chain delivering many projects through Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), Alliancing, Target Cost, Frameworks and panel arrangements. Several projects have also been delivered through successful Joint Ventures.

We design and construct in house, employing project and design managers, construction managers, engineers, drafters, supervisors, trades people, apprentices, contract administrators, HSEQ professionals, undergraduates and support staff.
