About us
At Guidera O’Connor, water is at the heart of everything we do.
Water sustains life. We drink it, bathe in it, use it in our homes and industries, and it flows endlessly around the planet enabled by the specialised infrastructure we create.
From desalination plants providing clean water to Australian communities, to treatment facilities that return wastewater safely to the environment, we design and deliver tailored solutions that make a real difference to people’s lives.
We’re passionate about what we do, not only delivering infrastructure across Australia, but also supporting access to safe water and sanitation for communities around the world.
What sets us apart? We’re nimble and create truly bespoke, fit-for-purpose solutions for our customers, with the scale and expertise to deliver major, complex projects.
And our team culture? It’s something we are truly proud of.
Join us and build a career that truly matters. We can’t wait to have you on board.
