About the Opportunity:
As Bid Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in securing major projects by leading the development of winning proposals. You’ll collaborate with our engineering, delivery, estimating, and marketing teams to craft compelling bids that showcase our capabilities and meet client needs.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage end-to-end bid processes to secure water and wastewater projects.
  • Coordinate technical, commercial, and delivery inputs for submissions.
  • Develop innovative, client-focused proposals that stand out.
  • Ensure compliance, quality, and timely delivery of bids.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.

As our ideal candidate you will have: 

  • Background in water, wastewater, or desalination projects.
  • Experience as a Bid Manager, Bid Professional, Project Manager, or Project Engineer.
  • Strong understanding of design and construct methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Passion for delivering quality outcomes and winning work.
