The role:
We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our team based in Thebarton, South Australia.  As the successful applicant, you will ensure the accuracy, compliance, technical quality, standardisation, and ongoing maintenance of project schedules, project reports and resource profiles, adhering to relevant planning standards and compliance requirements throughout the business.  
You will assist Project Managers with the development and maintenance of project schedules and be responsible for providing accurate project schedule data to the Project Controls team.   

More specifically you will:

  • Ensure the accuracy and ongoing maintenance of project schedules adhering to planning standards and compliance requirements 
  • Monitor schedule changes and impacts 
  • Maintain schedule baselines and adhere to change control requirements, you will establish effective monitoring, forecasting, and reporting processes 
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination, developing and maintaining cross-functional relationships to achieve business goals 
  • Assist with variance analysis, time impact analysis and evaluation of construction schedule architecture 
  • Support the schedule review meetings with the stakeholders and revise the schedules accordingly 

As our ideal candidate you will have: 

  • Experience in scheduling, preferably in the construction or project management industry
  • Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g. Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6)
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks and methodologies
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
