The role:
We are currently seeking an experienced People and Culture Partner to join our team based in Thebarton, South Australia.  
In this role, you will partner with stakeholders to deliver high-quality People and Culture guidance and support and assist in driving key initiatives that strengthen capability, performance and workplace culture.
This role requires strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act and generalist HR practices, along with a pragmatic and collaborative approach to supporting internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with managers and supervisors to implement P&C policies, processes and cyclical activities
  • Manage and resolve employee concerns and grievances including performance management matters
  • Support the development and implementation of performance and project management systems 
  • Build leadership capability by supporting managers to effectively lead and develop their teams
  • Support and deliver organisational change initiatives that improve business performance
  • Assist leaders and employees to operationalise P&C systems, processes and behaviours to deliver business outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and support the payroll team in maintaining compliance
  • Foster an inclusive workplace culture aligned with our Guiding Principles, where employees feel valued and respected

About You:
You are a collaborative and proactive HR professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders to deliver practical people solutions.

You will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in a Human Resources / People and Culture Business Partner or Generalist role
  • Experience providing HR support across the full employee lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of the Fair Work Act and Australian employment legislation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Sound problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • A high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential matters
  • Experience in managing workers compensation and return to work will be beneficial
  • Experience in a relevant industry will be highly regarded
